Q: What exactly do I get for $298?
You’ll receive a complete Kitchen Makeover. Plan designed by our team of experienced Kitchen Make-Over Designers with over 25 years experience behind every plan we deliver, The plan, including a custom color palette, lighting and hardware selections, backsplash concept, clickable shopping list, and a realistic rendering - all tailored to your unique style and space. All delivered digitally through your private DesignFiles client portal within 5–7 business days.
Note: If you're also planning to update flooring, counters or other finishes, we'll include suggestions for those as well based on your answers in the kitchen design questionnaire
Q: Do I need to measure anything?
No. Your design is based on the photos and preferences you submit — no measuring or technical drawings needed. If for any reason your designer needs a measurement, a team memeber will reach out and request it.
Q: Can I request changes after receiving my plan?
Yes — your plan includes one round of light edits if needed. Most clients are happy with the first draft, but we want you to feel confident.
Q: Do you tell me where to shop?
Yes! You'll get a clickable shopping board with curated options that match your style and budget. You can shop at your own pace, or use it as a guide when sourcing from retailers like Wayfair, Home Depot or Amazon.
Q: Is this a physical or digital service?
It’s 100% digital — no in-home visits required. Everything is delivered via your private online portal so you can access it from anywhere.
